I have simplified some of the chords; this has made the song easier to play, but also, I think this is what Jonatha is doing. Added the chords for the lead in from the instrumental part to the last verse. Replaced 224000 with 6777xx and 6775xx. The chords 99 10 000 and 779000 can be replaced by the easier chords of x22210 and x02000 during the singing part of the song, but in the instrumental section, you can't get all the tones of 99 10 000 using its replacement. In the instrumental part, this chord is hammered on - i.e. 99 9h10 000 and the picking changes a little to get all the tones in the right order as Jonatha plays them.
