                          Yogurt Fruit Ice Cream

 100      Grams         Raspberries,Fresh -- (3 ounces)
 100      Grams         Strawberries,Fresh -- (3 ounces)
 250      Milliliters   Yogurt, Plain -- (9 ounces)
 125      Grams         Sugar -- (4 1/2 ounces)
   1      Tablespoon    Lemon Juice

1)  Wash the fruit and puree it together with the sugar.  The mixture may then be strained to remove the raspberry seeds, if desired.

2)  Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, then add the fruit puree and mix well.

3)  Turn on the ice cream maker and pour the fruit mixture through the hole in the top.  The ice cream should be ready in 30 to 40 minutes.
