--------  ------------  --------------------------------
6      Cups          Whole Wheat Flour (or 1/2 WW 1/2 White)
   2 1/2  Cups          Water
     1/2  Tablespoon    Salt
     1/2  Cup           Honey
     1/4  Cup           Molasses
     1/2  Tablespoon    Oil
   1      Package       Active Dry Yeast

1)  Heat 1 1/4 cups of water to boiling and mix it together with the honey and molasses in a very large bowl. Reduce the temperature of the water by adding the remaining 1 1/4 cups of cold water.

2)  In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast together.  Pour this flour mixture into the liquid all at once and blend well.

3)  Knead the dough on a floured board for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.

4)  Allow the dough to rise for 2 1/2 hours in a greased bowl.

5)  Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).

6)  Punch the dough down, divide it into halves and form the halves into loaves.  Place them in greased bread pans, grease the tops of the dough, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

7)  Bake for 45 minutes.  When done, turn the bread out of the pans onto racks to cool.  Top of bread may be buttered to make a softer crust.
