                      Water Chestnut Hors d'Oeuvres

 450      Grams         Bacon -- (1 pound)
   2      Tsp           Worcestershire Sauce
 450      Grams         Whole Water Chestnuts -- (16 ounces)
   2      Tsp           Butter
     1/3  Cup           Brown Sugar
   1      Tsp           Soy Sauce
   1      Tsp           Mustard

1)  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2)  Wrap each water chestnut in  1/2 strip of bacon and secure each with a toothpick.

3)  Bake until the bacon is done (about 40 minutes), then remove to a chafing dish.

4)  Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves.  Pour over the chestnuts.

5)  Keep warm.  Serve.
