                              Vindaloo Curry

   2      Medium        Onions,Chopped
 224      Grams         Cooked Lamb or Pork -- (1/2 pound)
   3      Tablespoons   Vindaloo Curry Paste (Hot)
 400      Grams         Tomatoes,Canned -- (14 ounces)

1)  Heat the oil and brown the onions in the oil.

2)  Add the paste and cook for 1 minute.

3)  Stir in the tomatoes and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

4)  Stir in the cooked meat and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
