                               Special Pie

   1                    Vanilla Pudding - Betty Crocker -- Use 1 1/3 cups milk.
   1                    Chocolate Pudding - Betty Crocker -- Use 1 1/2 cups milk.
   1                    Graham Cracker Crust
   2      Tablespoons   Dark Rum
   1      Cup           Heavy Cream -- Whipped
   2      Tablespoons   Sugar
                        Semi-sweet Chocolate Shavings

1)  Prepare graham cracker crust, bake and cool.

2)  Prepare and chill the vanilla and chocolate puddings, using less milk than the recipe calls for so that the puddings will be thicker (1 1/3 cups milk for the vanilla pudding, and 1 1/2 cups milk for the chocolate).

3)  Mix the dark rum with the vanilla pudding.

4)  Put the vanilla pudding into the pie shell first.

5)  Cover the vanilla pudding with the chocolate pudding.

6)  Whip the heavy cream with 2 T. of sugar and cover the chocolate pudding with it.  Decorate the top of the pie with grated semisweet chocolate.

7)  Refrigerate for at least 5 hours so that the puddings set well and don't run together when the pie is cut.
