                             Raspberry Syrup

   5      Cups          Raspberries
     1/4  Cup           Water
   1 1/2  Cups          Sugar

1)  Combine raspberries and water in a non-reactive saucepan.

2)  Lightly crush the berries against the side of the pan, cover the pan and bring to a boil over high heat.

3)  Strain raspberries into a bowl, pressing down on them.

4)  Wipe out the pan and return the strained juice to it.

5)  Stir in sugar and bring to a boil over high heat and cook until sugar dissolves (approx. 1 minute).
