                             Raspberry Sorbet

   1      Kilogram      Raspberries -- (2.2 pounds)
   1                    Lemon,Juice of
   1                    Orange,Juice of
   1 1/2  Cups          Sugar

1)  Puree the raspberries and press through a fine strainer to remove the seeds.  You should have 2 cups of puree.

2)  Combine the lemon juice, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan.  Heat over very low heat, stirring constantly, and cook only until sugar has melted.  Remove from heat at once and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

3)  Combine the puree with the syrup and blend thoroughly.

4)  Turn on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture through the hole in the top.  Process until frozen (30 to 40 minutes?).
