                        Prawn Curry (Bhoona Prawn)

   2      Tablespoons   Oil
   1                    Onion,Peeled and Diced
 450      Grams         Prawns,Peeled -- (1 pound)
   3      Cloves        Garlic,Peeled and Crushed
   1      Tablespoon    Ginger,Fresh,Minced
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Garam Masala
     1/4  Teaspoon      Chili Powder
     1/2  Teaspoon      Turmeric
                        Salt to taste
 200      Milliliters   Water -- (7 ounces)
   1                    Green Chili,Seeded and Chopped Fine
   1      Tablespoon    Coriander Leaves,Chopped
   1                    Lemon,Juice of
   5      Small         Tomatoes,Chopped

1)  Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet and gently fry the ginger and the onion until the onion is tender.

2)  Add the prawns and continue frying until dry.

3)  Add the garlic, garam masala, chili powder and turmeric, stir well and fry for 30 seconds.

4)  Add the salt and the water.  Cover and gently cook for 10 to 15 minutes until dry.

5)  Add the tomatoes and lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes (until tomatoes are heated).

6)  Garnish with the coriander and green chilis.
