                         Polenta with Hot Pepper

   4      Cups          Water -- Bring to boil
   1      Cup           Cornmeal (Polenta)
                        Garlic -- Minced
                        Salt
                        Hot Red Pepper Flakes
                        Scallion,Minced
                        Parmesan Cheese,Grated

1)  Whisk the cornmeal slowly into the boiling water and stir constantly with a wooden spoon over moderately low heat for about 30 minutes.

2)  Stir in some minced garlic, salt, dried hot red pepper flakes, minced scallion and a good handful of grated Parmesan cheese.
