                          Persian Lamb Marinade

 250      Grams         Yogurt
   1      Medium        Onion, Grated
   1      Clove         Garlic
   1                    Lemon, Juice of
   1      Teaspoon      Turmeric
 450      Grams         Lamb

1)  Cut the lamb into cubes.

2)  Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the lamb cubes.

3)  Marinate at least overnight.

4)  Put the lamb cubes on wooden skewers and grill until done.
