 450      Grams         Ocean Perch Filets -- (1 Pound)
     1/2  Cup           Melted Butter
   2      Tablespoons   Lemon Juice
     1/4  Cup           Diced Onions
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Worcestershire Sauce
     1/4  Teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  Teaspoon      Parsley Flakes

1)  Place the fish filets in a single layer in a buttered baking dish.

2)  Combine the other ingredients and pour over the fish.

3)  Bake at 180° C (350° F) for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Do not overcook.
