                  Pasta with Shrimps in Butter and Cream

 200      Grams         Shrimp,Shelled,Frozen,Small -- (7 ounces)
  30      Grams         Butter -- (1 ounce)
 125      Milliliters   Heavy Cream -- (4 1/2 ounces)
     1/8  Teaspoon      Salt
  30      Grams         Parmesan Cheese,Grated -- (1 ounce)
   1                    Lemon,Juice of
                        Black Pepper in a Grinder
 125      Grams         Pasta per Person -- (4 1/2 ounces)

1)  Heat some salted water for cooking the pasta.  While the water is heating, measure and prepare the ingredients for the sauce.

2)  When the water comes to the boil, put in the pasta and cook until al dente.  While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.

3)  Put the frozen shrimp in a strainer and run hot water over them until they thaw (this takes about 30 seconds).  Put the shrimp in a bowl with the lemon juice.

3)  In a heavy frying pan, put in the butter and the cream and the salt and simmer over medium heat until the mixture thickens a bit (about 1 to 2 minutes or so).  Add the grated Parmesan and stir while the cheese melts.  Add the shrimp and the lemon juice and cook about 1 minute more.

4)  Drain the pasta.  Divide the drained pasta into bowls, top with the sauce and serve.  Have black pepper in a grinder and some additional lemon juice on the table.
