 250      Grams         Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
   6      Leaves        Radicchio, Chopped into Bite-Sized Pieces
     1/2  Cup           Green Onion, Chopped Fine
     1/4  Cup           Sesame Seeds, Toasted
     1/4  Cup           Soy Sauce
   2      Tablespoons   Rice Wine Vinegar
   1      Teaspoon      Fresh Ginger Root, Peeled and Grated
     1/8  Teaspoon      Tabasco Sauce

1)  Mix the vegetables together.

2)  Mix the sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and tobasco sauce.

3)  Ten minutes before serving, mix the sauce with the vegetables.
