                              Orange Sorbet

 250      Milliliters   Orange Juice -- (9 ounces)
                        Juice of half a lemon
 250      Milliliters   Water -- (9 ounces)
 100      Grams         Sugar -- (3 ounces)

1)  Prepare the sugar syrup - Mix the sugar with the water and simmer over low heat for two minutes.  Cool to 20 degrees C. before using.

2)  Add the orange and lemon juices to the sugar syrup and mix well.

3)  Turn on the ice cream machine and pour the orange mixture through the hole in the top.  The sorbet should be ready in 30 to 40 minutes.
