                        Nancy's Low-Fat Cheesecake

   1      Kilogram      Topfen
 125      Grams         Butter
 375      Grams         Sugar
   3                    Eggs -- (3 or 4)
   1      Teaspoon      Vanilla
   1      Package       Vanilla Pudding Mix
   2      Tablespoons   Semolina
   2      Teaspoons     Baking Powder
   1                    Lemon, Juice and Grated Peel of
 125      Grams         Raisins

Important Note:  Everything must be at room temperature before beginning!

1)  Put all of the ingredients except the raisins into a bowl and blend until smooth.  Stir in the raisins.

2)  Grease a springform pan with butter and pour the mixture into the pan.

3)  Bake for approximately 1 hour at 180° C (350° F).

4)  Let cool after removing from the oven and refrigerate before serving.
