                           Million Dollar Fudge

  12      Ounces        Chocolate Chips
   8      Ounces        German Sweet Chocolate
   1      Cup           Butter
   2      Cups          Walnuts,Chopped
   2 1/2  Teaspoons     Vanilla Extract
  14      Ounces        Marshmallow Creme
   4      Cups          Sugar
  14 1/2  Ounces        Evaporated Milk,Canned

1)  Put all ingredients except sugar, milk and walnuts in a very large bowl.

2)  Boil sugar and milk for exactly 8 minutes.

3)  Pour into the bowl and stir until the chocolate and marshmallow creme is completely melted.

4)  Stir in the chopped walnuts.

5)  Generously butter a large rectangular pan (13x9x2 inches).  Press the fudge into the pan and refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting.  Fudge may be cut and stored in tin containers.

NOTES : Mom made her fudge by substituting 6 ounces of chocolate chips for the German Sweet Chocolate and increasing the sugar by 1/2 cup.
