 900      Grams         Ground Beef,Lean -- (2 pounds)
     1/4  Cup           Onion,Minced
   1 1/3  Cups          Bread Crumbs,Fine,Soft
   2      Teaspoons     Salt
   3      Tablespoons   Green Pepper,Minced
   1                    Egg
     1/2  Teaspoon      Mustard,Dry
   3      Tablespoons   Ketchup
     1/2  Cup           Milk
     1/2  Teaspoon      Oregano

1)  Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased loaf pan.

2)  Bake at 200° C (400° F) for 1 hour.

NOTES : Meat loaf can be topped with a small can of Hunt's tomato sauce before baking.
