                            Meat Loaf I

   2                    Eggs,Beaten
   2      Teaspoons     Horseradish,Prepared
   1      Small         Onion,Chopped
   1      Small         Green Pepper,Chopped
   1      Stalk         Celery,Chopped
   1      Can           Mushrooms
   1      Cup           V-8 or Tomato Juice
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Salt
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Garlic Powder
     1/4  Teaspoon      Black Pepper,Ground
     3/4  Cup           Oatmeal,Dry
 900      Grams         Ground Beef,Lean -- (2 pounds)

1)  Mix together all ingredients except meat.  Add meat and mix well.

2)  Press firmly into an ungreased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 180° C (350° F).

3)  Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.  Pour off any grease and serve.
