                                Meat Balls

 450      Grams         Hamburger -- (1 pound)
   1      Tablespoon    Parmesan Cheese,Grated
   4      Small         Crackers,Crumbled
   2      Cloves        Garlic,Mashed (or garlic salt to taste)
   1                    Egg
                        Salt (to taste)
                        Black Pepper,Ground (to taste)
   2      Tablespoons   Vegetable Oil

1)  Mix all ingredients together and shape into small balls.

2)  Heat oil in a heavy skillet and brown the meat balls all over.

3)  Add to spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer for 1 hour.

4)  Serve over pasta of your choice.
