                      Macaroni, Cheese and Tomatoes

 800      Grams         Tomatoes,Canned -- (2 15-ounce cans)
 225      Grams         Cheddar Cheese,Cubes -- (1 cup)
   2      Tablespoons   Olive Oil
   2      Cups          Macaroni,Dry
                        Salt and Pepper to taste

1)  Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until done.  Drain.

2)  Use the olive oil to grease a large glass oven-proof casserole dish.

3)  Mix the cheese and the tomatoes in the dish. When the macaroni is done, add it and mix well.  Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

4)  Crumble some crackers over the top to keep the moisture in and dot with butter.  Bake at 180° C (350° F) for 20 minutes.
