                          J.J.'s Chocolate Cake

 250      Grams         Sugar -- (9 ounces)
 100      Grams         Butter
   2                    Eggs
 225      Grams         Flour -- (8 ounces)
   1      Teaspoon      Baking Soda
  60      Grams         Cocoa Powder -- (2 ounces)
  10      Ounces        Buttermilk

1)  Cream the butter with the sugar.

2)  Add the eggs and mix well.

3)  Add the dry ingredients and the milk.  Do not overbeat.

4)  Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch springform pan and bake at 150° C (300° F) for about 30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
