                               Hot Crab Dip

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  90      Grams         Cream Cheese, Softened -- (3 ounces)
     1/2  Cup           Mayonnaise
   1      Can           Crab Meat -- (6 ounces)
     1/4  Cup           Onion, Minced
   1      Tablespoon    Lemon Juice
     1/8  Teaspoon      Hot Pepper Sauce

1)  Beat cream cheese until smooth and stir in remaining ingredients.

2)  Spoon into a small ovenproof dish and bake at 180° C (350° F) for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

3)  Serve with Triscuits or slices of toasted, thinly-sliced french bread.
