                             Hard Boiled Eggs

1)  Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.

2)  Put the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, occasionally stirring gently to center the yolk.  Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

3)  Remove from the heat and run cold water over the eggs until they are cool enough to handle.
