                                Guacamole

   3                    Avocados,Mashed
     1/2  Small         Onion,Finely Minced
   2                    Tomatoes,Chopped in Small Bits
                        Jalepeno Peppers,Minced (OPTIONAL) -- To taste
                        Jalapeno Juice (OPTIONAL) -- To taste
     1/3  Cup           Sour Cream (OPTIONAL)
   1      Small         Lemon,Fresh,Juice of (OPTIONAL)
   1      Clove         Garlic,Mashed (OPTIONAL)
     1/4  Teaspoon      Chili Powder (OPTIONAL)

1)  Finely mince the onion and chop the tomatoes into very small pieces.

2)  Mash the avocado and mix it with the above ingredients.

Note:

The basic ingredients of guacamole are avocados, tomatoes and onion.  It's a great accompaniment to a hot and spicy Mexican meal or as a snack with corn chips.

If the avocados are really juicy and fresh, don't disguise their wonderful flavour with sour cream.  A small amount of sour cream can improve the flavour if the avocados are a bit old and dry.

If the guacamole will be served with something spicy and/or hot, omit chili powder and jalapeno juice and jalapeno peppers.

If you're just eating it as a snack, you can jazz it up a bit with chili powder, jalapeno peppers and juice, lemon juice, garlic, etc., according to the flavours you like best.
