                                 Goulash

 450      Grams         Ground Beef -- (1 pound)
   1      Cup           Onions,Chopped
   1      Clove         Garlic,Mashed
 400      Grams         Tomatoes,Canned -- (14 ounces)
   1      Teaspoon      Worcestershire Sauce
   1      Teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  Teaspoon      Sugar
   1      Cup           Macaroni,Cooked

1)  In a frying pan, brown the hamburger with the onions and garlic.  Add the tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and sugar.  Simmer 20 minutes.

2)  Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water, drain and add to the meat mixture.
