 450      Grams         Lamb -- (1 Pound)
   1      Large         Onion, Chopped
   1      Teaspoon      Turmeric
   1      Teaspoon      Olive Oil
   2      Bunches       Parsley Leaves (large bunches)
   2      Bunches       Cilantro Leaves
   2                    Leeks
   1      Bunch         Green Onion Tops
   1      Cup           Fenugreek Leaves
     1/4  Cup           Dried Dill Weed
     1/2  Cup           Olive Oil
     1/2  Cup           Water
   1      Can           Red Kidney Beans
   1      Can           Water
                        Salt and Pepper to taste
     1/2  Cup           Lime or Lemon Juice -- (or 1 dried lime)

1)  Cut the lamb into cubes and saute with the chopped onion and turmeric in the olive oil until browned.

2)  Chop all the greens into small pieces.

3)  Heat the 1/2 cup of olive oil over high heat and saute the greens until they darken.

4)  Add the water, the red kidney beans and salt and pepper to taste.

5)  Simmer over low heat for at least one hour (the longer the better for flavor).

6)  Add the lemon or lime juice (or dried lime) and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
