     1/2  Cup           Butter
   1 1/2  Squares       Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
   1 1/2  Cups          Graham Cracker Crumbs
     3/4  Cup           Coconut
     1/4  Cup           Sugar
   1      Teaspoon      Vanilla
   2      Tablespoons   Water
   1      Cup           Powdered Sugar
     1/3  Cup           Butter
  90      Grams         Cream Cheese -- (3 ounces)
   1      Teaspoon      Vanilla
   1 1/2  Squares       Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate

1)  Melt the butter and chocolate.  Add the graham crackers, coconut, sugar, vanilla and water and mix well.  Press this mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.  Chill in the refrigerator.

2)  Beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla.  Slowly add the sugar and mix well.  Spread this mixture over the graham cracker mixture and chill in the refrigerator.

3)  Melt the remaining chocolate.  Spread carefully over the chilled sugar layer.  Refrigerate.
