                      Fluffy White 7-Minute Frosting

   1                    Egg White
     3/4  Cup           Sugar
  40      Milliliters   Water (2 2/3 Tbsp.) -- (1/6 cup)
     1/8  Teaspoon      Cream of Tartar
     1/2  Teaspoon      Vanilla Extract

1)  Combine the egg white, sugar, water and cream of tartar in the top of a double boiler.  Place over boiling water and beat with a rotary beater until the mixture stands in stiff peaks.

2)  Fold in the vanilla.

NOTES : Frosts a 10-inch single-layer cake.  Double the recipe for a two-layer cake.
