 500      Grams         Pork Mince -- (18 ounces)
 500      Grams         Beef Mince -- (18 ounces)
   3      Tablespoons   Soy Sauce
     1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
   1                    Crab Meat (small can, cheapest)
   1      Tablespoon    Cornflour
   1      Medium        Onion, Finely Chopped
   4      Cloves        Garlic,Crushed
     1/4  Cube          Knorr Beef Bullion
   2                    Spring Onions,Finely Chopped
  20                    Rice Wrappers (Quartered)

1)  Mix all ingredients together (except for wrappers).

2)  Fill each wrapper and roll up.

3)  Fry in corn oil until brown.

4)  Make a dipping sauce of soy sauce, salt, pepper, white vinegar and crushed garlic.
