                                 Egg Nog

 700      Milliliters   Puerto Rican Rum (1 fifth) -- (25.6 ounces)
  12                    Egg Yolks
   1      Cup           Sugar
   1      Quart         Milk
   1      Quart         Heavy Cream
                        Ground Nutmeg for Dusting

1)  Beat the egg yolks until light.

2)  Beat in the sugar until the mixture is thick.

3)  Stir in the milk and rum.

4)  Chill for three hours, then pour into a punch bowl.

5)  Whip the heavy cream until stiff and fold into the rum mixture.

6)  Chill for one hour.

7)  Dust with nutmeg before serving.
