                               Donut Holes

     1/2  Cup           Milk
   2                    Eggs
     3/4  Cup           Sugar
   2      Tablespoons   Vegetable Oil
     1/2  Teaspoon      Vanilla
     1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
   2      Cups          Flour
     1/4  Teaspoon      Cinnamon
     1/4  Teaspoon      Nutmeg
   2      Teaspoons     Baking Powder
   1      Drop          Lemon Juice

1)  Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.

2)  Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder and stir the spices into the flour mixture.  Add the flour mixture to the milk and egg mixture and mix well.  Mix in a drop of lemon juice.

3)  Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes.

4)  Heat oil in fryer.  Form the dough into balls and fry in the  hot oil until golden.
