                               Deviled Eggs

   6                    Hard-Boiled Eggs
     1/4  Cup           Mayonnaise
     1/4  Teaspoon      Salt
                        Cayenne or Black Pepper to taste
     1/4  Teaspoon      Prepared Mustard
   1      Teaspoon      Minced Onion
   1      Teaspoon      Minced Celery (Optional)

1)  Cut shelled eggs in halves, lengthwise.  Carefully remove the yolks and lay the whites aside in pairs.

2)  Mash the yolks, then add remaining ingredients.

3)  Refill the whites with this mixture.  Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
