                          Curried Broccoli Soup

   1      Head          Broccoli,Raw -- Chopped
   1                    Potato,Medium -- Chopped
   2      Cloves        Garlic
   5      Cups          Chicken Broth
   1      Teaspoon      Curry Powder (Turban Brand)
   1      Cup           Yogurt,Plain,Nonfat -- (1/2 to 1 cup)

1)  Put the chopped broccoli and potato in a kettle, add the garlic and the chicken broth.  Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are very tender.

2)  Add curry powder.

3)  Transfer the vegetables with a little of the stock to a blender.  Add the yogurt and whizz the mixture into a puree.

4)  ?? Return the puree to the pan and mix well. ??  Should make 6 1/2 cups of soup, enough for 4 people.
