                                Corn Bread

   1      Cup           Flour (plus 1 Tablespoon)
   1      Cup           Cornmeal
     1/4  Cup           Sugar
     1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
   1      Tablespoon    Baking Powder
   1                    Egg
   1 1/4  Cups          Milk
   4      Tablespoons   Vegetable Oil

1)  Mix dry ingredients together well.

2)  Beat egg.  Add milk, egg and oil to dry ingredients and mix well.

3)  Bake in a greased pan at 210° C (400-425° F) for 25 minutes.
