                             Corned Beef Hash

   1      Small Tin     Corned Beef
   3                    Boiled Potatoes,Peeled,Diced
                        Leftover Cabbage or Brussel Sprouts
   2                    Onions,Chopped
                        Salt
                        Pepper
                        Butter
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Worcestershire Sauce
   2                    Eggs

1)  Chop the onions roughly and fry them in a little butter until soft.

2)  Add the diced potatoes and the chopped cabbage or sprouts and fry gently until they are warmed through.

3)  Cut up the corned beef into chunks and add to the frying pan.  Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until the corned beef has mingled witht he other ingredients into a sort of mush.  Use a little more butter if the mixture looks dry and in danger of sticking to the pan.

4)  Add lots of pepper, the Worcestershire Sauce and a little salt if needed.  Mix well.

5)  Add the eggs and cover the pan until they are set.
