                            Coconut Macaroons

   2                    Egg Whites
     1/2  Teaspoon      Vanilla
          Dash          Salt
     2/3  Cup           Sugar
   1 1/3  Cups          Coconut, Flaked

1)  Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until soft peaks form.  Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry.  Fold in coconut.

2)  Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 170° C (325° F) for about 20 minutes.

3)  Immediately remove cookies to rack.
