                     Chocolate Sauce (for Ice Cream)

   1      Ounce         Bitter Chocolate,Baker's
     1/2  Cup           Sugar
     1/4  Cup           Milk
   4      Tablespoons   Karo Syrup,Light (or 2 Tbsp. honey)
          Dash          Salt
   2      Tablespoons   Butter
   1      Teaspoon      Vanilla Extract

1)  Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.

2)  Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.  Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
