                               Chicken Sate

 250      Grams         Chicken Breast Filet -- (9 ounces)
   1 1/2  Tablespoons   Soy Sauce
     1/4  Teaspoon      Hot Red Chili Powder
   1      Clove         Garlic,Mashed
   1      Tablespoon    Lemon Juice
   2      Tablespoons   Corn Oil
   2      Cloves        Garlic
   2      Small         Onions
   1      Tablespoon    Sambal
   1      Tablespoon    Milk
 500      Grams         Peanut Butter,Creamy -- (17 ounces)
   2      Tablespoons   Soy Sauce
   1      Tablespoon    Lemon Juice

To prepare chicken:

1)  Make a marinade from the soy sauce, chili powder, garlic and lemon juice.

2)  Cut the chicken into cubes.  Put the cubes on skewers and coat with the marinade.

3)  Grill them over glowing charcoal or under a hot grill, turning frequently until nicely browned (about 5 minutes).  During the cooking time, brush occasionally with any remaining marinade.

4)  Serve the skewered chicken on rice with peanut sauce as follows.
 

To prepare the peanut sauce:

1)  Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the onions with the garlic until the onion is just browned.

2)  Add the sambal and mix well.

3)  Add the peanut butter and the milk.

4)  Add the soy sauce and lemon juice.
