                          Caesar Salad Mitchell

   1      Clove         Garlic,minced -- Mashed
   3                    Anchovy filets
   2      Tablespoons   Lemon Juice,Fresh -- (or to taste)
   1      Tablespoon    Worcestershire Sauce
   1      Teaspoon      Mustard,Dijon
   3      Tablespoons   Sour Cream
     1/4  Teaspoon      Pepper,Black -- Freshly ground
     1/2  Cup           Olive Oil
     1/3  Cup           Parmesan Cheese,Grated
   8      Cups          Lettuce,Romaine,Chopped -- (bite-sized pieces)

1)  In a large bowl, stir together the garlic paste, the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce, the mustard, the sour cream and the pepper.

2)  Add the oil in a stream, whisking until the dressing is emulsified.

3)  Stir in the Parmesan, add the romaine, and toss the salad well.
