                           Buttermilk Pancakes

   1 1/2  Cups          Flour
   2      Teaspoons     Baking Soda
     3/4  Teaspoon      Salt
   2      Cups          Buttermilk
   6      Tablespoons   Melted Butter
   2                    Eggs

1)  Mix flour, salt and soda in one bowl.

2)  Beat eggs until frothy (2 minutes).

3)  Add buttermilk, then melted butter.

4)  Stir in dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.

5)  Drop by 1/4 cup measure onto heated griddle (moderate heat) until the top is set, then flip over and cook until golden.

6)  Serve with Raspberry Syrup (see Recipe).
