                               Baked Beans

 900      Grams         Canned Baked Beans (2 cans) -- (32 ounces)
   1      Cup           Onion,Chopped
   1                    Green Pepper,Chopped
 340      Grams         Sliced Streaky Bacon -- (12 ounces)
   1      Cup           Ketchup
   2      Tablespoons   Mustard
   2      Tablespoons   Worcestershire Sauce
     1/4  Cup           Maple Syrup
     1/4  Cup           Brown Sugar

1) Cut raw bacon into 1-inch pieces, place in a skillet and cook until crisp.  Do not drain the grease.

2)  Add the onion and pepper and cook until soft.

3)  Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake uncovered at 170° C (350° F) until bubbling well around the edges.
